I received my Confederate Officer's Kepi about a week ago, and I cannot tell you how immensely satisfied I am! The quality of the work is simply outstanding! I've seen a kepi like this in a museum in Richmond, Va, and the one I purchased from you is an exact copy - simply outstanding!  The quality of your product versus the price simply cannot be beat!

You introduced me to Internet purchasing and I am glad about that.  Your web site is easy to use for a number of reasons. My favorite is that you maintain it well without drastic changes. You have never made me relearn the way your merchandise is organized.  I have learned to trust that you will not sell me low quality goods. In particular, I am impressed with the wool you use in clothing and blankets. It shrinks less and wears out slower than much of what I have seen.

I just got my package today and as always the order was excellent and you went above the call answering my questions concerning the difference between the Springfield and the Enfield bayonets and I was thrilled when you took the time and fitted the bayonet to the musket. That is why I keep coming back, it is the little things like fitting bayonets and answering small questions that set you far above other Sutlers. I can ALWAYS count on you to get the right items to me, from the time I order to the time I get the items it take 4 to 5 days good to know when I need something on short notice you can get it to me before the next reenactment.

Regrettably you didn't have any German silver 1/2" number 8's in stock. I'm just curious if you will have some in the future or are they a discontinued item. I got the boots this afternoon. Thanks for the prompt service, as usual.  The fit is fine. If I shorted you on the S & H it was an oversight on my part. We can add the difference next week when I send the money order for the pants. Let me know how much that money order should be please, so I don't short you.  I really appreciate doing business with you, I always have been more than happy with our dealings and you may quote me in your advertising as a happy and satisfied customer who is happy to recommend you to anyone. 

 Also, on that note, I am now a member of the SUVCW camp out of Houston.  It appears that I will become one of the officers in that camp, I am being drafted. There are about 30 members. I think that only two of us are fully uniformed and accoutered.

I do not know how many members will be ordering uniforms but I told them that you were the best, your prices were certainly fair, service was outstanding, and that you and Thelma were basically all around great people.
